How Does Mobile Pizza Catering Work?

Our mobile pizza catering in Perth is the easiest way to feed hungry party guests, fast!
Here is a description on how the pizza party service works on the day of the event:
  1.  We arrive at your place, 1-2 hours before your party starts or preferably before your guests start arriving.
  2. We’ll place our mobile pizza kitchen/Van on your driveway,  near your party area or ideally, in your backyard if possible.
  3. Once the party starts, we’ll get busy cooking fresh pizzas, quickly and in large amounts. Pizzas are placed in our oven as we rotate the many different flavours,  approximately 10 at a time. The pizzas are then served hot and kept warm on our Heated buffet counter and guests come forward, two at a time as we give them a plate, a napkin and they help themselves. There is very little or no waiting as our oven cooks pizza fast…
  4.  We usually stay cooking for one hour minimum or a little longer, depending on the number of guests or if your menu has sides/extras or until everyone is full.
  5.  At the end of the cooking session, we cook and leave all the remaining pizza on plates, on a designated table, covered and protected from the elements so your guests can help themselves to enjoy more pizza later in the night.
To make a Booking:
  1. You can firstly make an inquiry via our online form or you can SMS/TEXT me with your inquiry and some details. Or you can just call: 0401 215180 to see if we are available on a particular date and then chat about your event and let me know what you may want us to do.
  2. I will explain how the catering usually works and discuss the best options for your type of function and we can later both confirm the previously discussed details in a SMS/TEXT or EMAIL.
  3. .Once details are agreed on and you secure a booking date, we’ll gather information about your venue/site.
  4. A deposit may only be asked for if someone else asks for the same date, that you have already chosen. Or you can just pay a deposit amount for own peace of mind.
  5. 4-5 days before the party, we will contact you and confirm details on: a Preferred Menu or Mixed Menu, the Cooking Start Time and if there are any possible special dietary requirements, ie: Gluten Free, Vegan  or other and then lastly, the Payment details.
